Retreats on hold

I have decided that the October 2025 retreat will be my last for while.
Holding space for this medicine is enormously demanding and I have reached a point where I need to step away, recharge and take care of my own health.

I can't say how long this will take.

Retreats are not scheduled more than a month or two in advance, so I cannot give dates beyond that timeframe.
If you wish to receive emails when retreat dates are published simply indicate that in the contact sheet and you will be added to the mailing list.

I have included as much information as possible on the website. I would appreciate if you read through it before sending any questions.

If you are enquiring on costs, please refer to the upcoming or a past retreat to see what the current cost is.

No retreats happen outside of the Cape Town area, so if you wish to participate you will have to travel to Cape Town.
